Greetings AFPAG Board Members and Esteemed Conference Delegates:

It is a privilege to serve on the AFPAG Board of Directors, and even a greater honor to service the AFPAG Board of Directors of Directors, and even greater honor to assume the role of President, as responsibility I approach with utmost seriousness. Our Board, including the conference committee, has worked diligently to ensure this year’s conference offers an informative and enriching experience for all attendees. Under the leadership of our conference Chair, Mrs. Eunice Daniels, the teams have assembled a distinguished group of facilitators recognized as leaders in their respective fields. These presenters are dedicated to advancing our knowledge and supporting all foster and adoptive parents in their ongoing development.
The conference will feature keynote speakers and vendors who bring valuable expertise and resources. We extend our sincere appreciation to our sponsor, whose continued support has made this event possible.
As I begin my tenure, my commitment is to strengthen AFPAG's influence and impact by fostering partnership with agencies, expanding training opportunities, and ensuring that foster and adoptive parents across Georgia receive the support necessary to thrive. Together, we will build upon AFPAG's legacy and create new avenues for success for children and families.

A Message From the Conference Coordinator's Desk:
We extend our warmest welcome to you as we kick off the Adoptive and Foster Parent Association of Georgia's 53rd Annual Education Conference. Your presence is greatly appreciated, and we are thrilled to have you join us for what promises to be an inspiring and informative event.
We have a great line up of speakers, engaging workshops, and networking opportunities lined up for you. On Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, we are planning an evening with a live band, food, and entertainment for children and adults. I encourage you to attend.
Our speakers and presenters will receive a welcome bag with gifts and an awards luncheon ticket to show how much we appreciate them for taking the time to come to Jekyll Island to give our caregivers the tools to care for children.
We welcome our new president, Dr. Suerena Duvall. She has immaculate credentials and is willing to work in any capacity for foster and adoptive parents. She will be a great asset to our association.
